GroundMind for AI assistants
GroundMind turns what happens at a physical business into operational intelligence. A read-only connection for AI assistants (Model Context Protocol) is in controlled preview and not yet generally available.
How access works
- An organization owner or admin approves each assistant and chooses its locations.
- Access is read-only and can be revoked at any time from Settings.
- Only real customer data is returned; unavailable data is labelled as such.
- Never returned: camera images, video, media links, credentials or personal identifiers.
Planned tools (v1)
- gm.list_locations
- The organization and locations the customer authorized.
- gm.get_operational_summary
- 7-day event counts, flagged events and latest insights for one location.
- gm.get_revenue_opportunities
- Revenue Recovery estimates from real analysis, when the location's plan includes it.
- gm.get_event_evidence
- How one event was established: interpretation, related events and observation counts.
- gm.compare_locations
- Side-by-side 7-day counts and Revenue Recovery status for up to 10 locations.
